About this Course

This course focuses on basic English grammar skills for intermediate English learners. Topics covered include identifying comparative and superlative adjectives and adverbs, producing modals in sentences, and future verb forms.

  • Week 1
    • Review course objectives (sent in a Google Doc to your email 01/31/23)

    • Superlative Game/Quiz and formation of comparatives and superlatives (links) review for homework

    • Review the 4 rules for forming comparatives and superlatives; identify in sentences

    • Comparative Adjectives (understand how they re formed - teach 4 rules)

    • Identify correctly the comparative and superlative adjectives in the 2 paragraphs. Review Google Doc CLASSWORK

  • Week 2
    • Identify comparative and superlative adjectives and adverbs in sentences.
